OA Mountain Biking Team
Orphans Africa (OA) is a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt charitable organization that began in 2007 with the coming together of three ordinary people whose desire was to build peace between nations by providing assistance to those who are most vulnerable.
Orphans Africa’s Mountain Biking Team is leading in victories for OA. Brazil resident and OA Board Member, Pablo Rodriguez directs the OA MTB Team. It is his goal to raise funds and awareness for OA by competing in various mountain biking races around the globe and through selling OA MTB merchandise.
Pablo and his team have been taking home wins for OA. This year in Brazil, Pablo and his riding partner competed in the Brazil Ride winning the race in their age group. Last month in the Himalayas, Rafael Menini of Brazil, raced through the Himalayas, competing in one of the world’s most strenuous mountain biking races. Rafael gained the opportunity to make OA known across India through an interview with India’s DD Sports TV channel. Watch the TV special shown below.
