Orphans Africa Success!
Orphans Africa (OA) is a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt charitable organization that began in 2007 with the coming together of three ordinary people whose desire was to build peace between nations by providing assistance to those who are most vulnerable.
Agizo’s parents had both died from disease by the time he was 10 years old. His mother died first and his father remarried but she also soon died from disease. After his father died it seemed that there was nothing. He, along with his brother and sister struggled with hunger, lack of clothing, schooling, and common illnesses. Lonliness also crept in and his future was bleak with no support of any kind. Fortunately, Orphans Africa helped him through school and then teacher’s college. Today, Agizo is working full-time as a secondary school teacher, caring for himself and helping other orphans who struggle. Agizo has an infectious smile and grateful attitude. You would love Agizo. He loves Orphans Africa.
