Save the Date: Nachmanoff Benefit Concert
Orphans Africa (OA) is a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt charitable organization that began in 2007 with the coming together of three ordinary people whose desire was to build peace between nations by providing assistance to those who are most vulnerable.
Orphans Africa will host its Second Annual Dave Nachmanoff Benefit Concert on September 10, 2016, in Des Moines.
“We are thrilled to host Dave Nachmanoff again for our semi-private house concert to benefit Orphans Africa,” said Becky Pendleton Reid, OA board member. “Dave was a great success last year, with more than 60 people attending. It was an intimate, energetic and inspiring event.”
Best known as Al Stewart’s (Year of the Cat) Lead Guitarist, Nachmanoff brings his unique blend of folk, country and pop music to benefit Orphans Africa. Saturday, September 10th at 7 p.m. VIP guests will enjoy a private pre-concert party with Dave starting at 6 p.m. and enjoy beverages and light hors d’oeuvre. Visit www.davenach.com to see Dave’s award-winning video “That Guy” and learn more about this world-touring artist. Financial Design Group is sponsoring this concert, and all proceeds will go to Orphans Africa. Tickets are $40 or $50 for VIP and are available here. Locations will be provided to patrons following ticket purchases via email.
