Vickie Lackman

Vickie’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance, K-12 music, and a master's degree in HR and Organizational Development. She’s worked over 35 years in leadership in Human Resources and was an adjunct professor at Green River Community College. She recently retired from Franciscan Health Care after 10 years as the Market HR Director covering three hospitals and 200 clinics. She enjoys singing and performing with local choirs. Vickie says, “Now that I am retired I look forward to more family time, traveling, gardening, and working with Orphans Africa.” Vickie and her husband, Wayne, also an OA Director, met in college at Pacific Lutheran University and have been married 43 years. They have two grown sons and three grandchildren who all live in the Puget Sound.
