In addition to providing milk for the table and for sale, cows help OA’s sustainability. How is that? OA is actively seeking to power all school cooking stoves with biogas from manure. It is much cleaner and healthier than cooking with wood. Cooking with biogas helps prevent deforestation, too! OA needs 10 cows at each of three separate projects to make it happen.
